Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Free Engagement includes online booking, reminders, and the patient portal, free forever, no card required. The clinical platform (charting, billing, telehealth, AI scribe) is in Clinical Pro.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees and no long-term contract. Clinical Pro is billed monthly per provider, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I switch from my current EHR?
Yes. We migrate your patients, histories, schedules, and balances, then reconcile the data with you before go-live. Most small practices switch in under two weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe, plus PayPal. Klarna and Affirm are available at checkout for eligible purchases.
